We started Uplevia after seeing the same thing again and again. Brilliant people getting overlooked. Not because they weren't good at what they do, but because their LinkedIn didn't show it.
Most people set up their profile once and never look at it again. (We see you, 2019 headshot.) But that page is often the very first thing a client, recruiter or partner sees. And they make up their mind fast.
One of us is a designer, the other a writer. We started helping friends fix their profiles almost by accident, and the difference was too big to ignore.
Uplevia is simply the name we gave to work we already loved doing.
